Over the last 12 months the restaurant has expanded its repertoire to provide pre-show dinners in conjunction with Hafren, which is proving very popular. Furthermore, the restaurant is open for lunch on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Principal Simon Pirotte said: "The restaurant is proving to be a huge success with members of the public and I am immensely proud of the students and their tutors for their efforts. They demonstrate outstanding teamwork and produce a top class dining experience. In addition to this, the department is celebrating having a record number of students enrolling on the Hospitality and Catering courses at levels one, two and three in this academic year."
