Our Box Office has reopened to the public for face-to-face contact. The new public opening times are as follows:

* If travelling in specifically to visit the Box Office, please double check that it is open. We hope that we won't see disruption, but Hafren staff are subject to Covid restrictions and should anyone have been identified as a direct Covid Contact and / or test positive, they will not be attending work. This may mean that we will be required to close at short notice.
Customers can secure tickets through our website, in addition to calling into the Box Office. When visiting the Box Office, we ask that all visitors wear a mask, use the hand sanitiser provided and respect a social distance between each other. As the Box Office is located by the main doors, this remains the easy point of Entry and Exit. Please be advised that College students have returned to site, and if you wish to use the toilets there is a possibility of having to queue.
Hafren Conference Centre
Hafren is delighted that it is able to reopen its newly refurbished Conference Suite. Covid secure improvements include new furniture and flooring, along with enhanced cleaning protocols. We have also invested in new refreshment machines which offer a wider selection of drinks than were previously available, and are easy to use. If you are interested in booking this facility for a meeting from 5, up to 50 people, please email to discuss your requirements further.
We will be posting updates on the refurbishment work as it progresses, please keep an eye on our Website and Social Media. We can't wait to welcome you all back in 2022, we've really missed you! The 2022 programme will contain lots of exciting surprises, watch this space.
Public and staff safety will always be our priority here at Hafren.
Investment has been made into a state-of-the-art Air Handling Unit and new heating system. This investment of £250,000 by NPTC Group of Colleges will ensure that our customers will only breathe fresh air and be at a comfortable temperature while sat in our auditorium.
